Measure the distance from the top of your turf surface down to the subfloor or concrete beneath it. That measurement is your depth. Most foam tile builds fall between 1"–1.5". Most glue-down or staple-down turf systems on concrete run 1.5"–2". If you're between two sizes, size down and/or order a shim kit. A slightly shorter cup is better than one that sits proud above the surface.

Shallow Cups is designed to work with any simulator turf system, regardless of brand. As long as your turf is between 1" and 2" thick and sits on a flat subfloor, it will fit. If your turf is thicker than 2", contact us and we'll discuss custom sizing.

A regulation golf cup measures 4.25" in diameter. Our Shallow Cups are custom designed at 4" to simplify installation while maintaining an authentic putting experience. Due to the thin wall design, the difference in playable radius is only about 1/16" and is virtually unnoticeable during use.

Shallow Cups are designed specifically for indoor golf simulators and putting turf installed over a flat subfloor. For outdoor or natural grass applications, please contact us directly, as we offer alternative designs and materials better suited for exterior environments.

Nope, that's the whole point. Shallow Cups seats directly into your turf layer without touching the subfloor beneath. No coring, no drilling, no contractor required.

Just a sharp utility knife or hole saw to cut the turf. No power tools, no adhesive, no fasteners.

Most customers are done in 15–20 minutes including cleanup. If you've already measured and have your tools ready, you can have it in the ground in under 5.

Yes. The cup pulls straight out. Because it doesn't use adhesive or fasteners, removal leaves the turf intact. You can reposition it or replace it without re-turfing. Most customers keep the core plug handy for this reason.

Keep it. When you pair the cup with the Shallow Insert, your original turf plug sits on top of the insert and covers the hole completely. The surface looks seamless whether you're putting or not. It's also handy to replace the hole if you decide to move positions.

We ship globally. Some markets require customs fees to be paid by the customer. The shipping selected at checkout does not cover customs fees for import.

Each cup is 3D printed to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for production, plus your selected shipping time. Total delivery time is typically less than week from order date.

Yes. Free standard shipping on all US orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship at competitive rates via UPS with a variety of shipping speeds available at checkout.

Absolutely. Contact us directly for bulk pricing on orders of 5 or more units. We work with simulator installers, fitting studios, and entertainment venues regularly.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If the cup doesn't fit your specific setup, send it back for a full refund — no questions asked. We'd also encourage you to contact us before ordering if you're unsure about sizing. We'll help you get it right the first time.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement immediately, no return required.
