Order Processing
All orders are processed in the order in which they are recived. All orders are made for order and stock of products is limited. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Shipping Options
At checkout, customers can select their preferred shipping method from the available carriers and service levels. The total shipping cost and estimated delivery time are displayed before payment.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address, package weight, and selected service. Customers are responsible for selecting and paying for their desired shipping method.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We’ll assist if further help is needed.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
