Standard Cups Don't Fit Simulator Floors.
A regulation golf cup is 4-6 inches deep. Most home simulator turf systems are 1–2 inches thick. The result? Expensive concrete coring or above ground putting systems that don't feel like the real thing.
Standard Putting Cup
Too deep for indoor installs and requires deep concrete coring making it incompatible with foam tile or raised platforms less than 6" thick.
Shallow Cup
Sits flush in shallow indoor systems. No concrete work. Reuse your turf plug. Looks and plays like the real thing.
Ready to Putt in Three Steps
No special tools. No subfloor modifications. Just a clean, professional putting experience.
Cut Your Turf
Trace the Shallow Cup on your turf, then use a 4" hole saw or razor knife to cut and remove the plug for installation.
Drop In The Cup
Shallow Cup seats directly into your turf layer. No adhesive, no fasteners, no coring into the concrete or subfloor.
Putt Away
The surface looks seamless and your putting experience feels like the real thing. Practice realistically.

How do I know which depth to order?
How do I know which depth to order?
Measure the distance from the top of your turf surface down to the subfloor or concrete beneath it. That measurement is your depth. Most foam tile builds fall between 1"–1.5". Most glue-down or staple-down turf systems on concrete run 1.5"–2". If you're between two sizes, size down and/or order a shim pack. A slightly shorter cup is better than one that sits proud above the surface.
Will it work with my turf brand?
Will it work with my turf brand?
Shallow Cups is designed to work with any simulator turf system, regardless of brand. As long as your turf is between 1" and 2" thick and sits on a flat subfloor, it will fit. If your turf is thicker than 2", contact us and we'll discuss custom sizing.
Is the diameter regulation size?
Is the diameter regulation size?
A regulation golf cup measures 4.25" in diameter. Our Shallow Cups are custom designed at 4" to simplify installation while maintaining an authentic putting experience. Due to the thin wall design, the difference in playable radius is only about 1/16" and is virtually unnoticeable during use.
Can I use it on natural grass or outdoor turf?

Shallow Cups are designed specifically for indoor golf simulators and putting turf installed over a flat subfloor. For outdoor or natural grass applications, please contact us directly, as we offer alternative designs and materials better suited for exterior environments.
